Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Overview:

Shri Arvind Foundation is looking for a skilled and responsible Safety Trainer to deliver professional safety training programs to clients, organizations, institutions, and employees. The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and on-site training sessions and ensuring that training is delivered effectively as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety training programs for clients at their locations.
  • Visit client sites regularly to conduct training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
  • Deliver training on workplace safety, industrial safety, fire safety, occupational safety, and other relevant safety topics.
  • Understand client requirements and customize training content accordingly.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations, safety drills, toolbox talks, and interactive training sessions wherever required.
  • Explain safety procedures, preventive measures, PPE usage, emergency response, and safe work practices.
  • Assess participants' understanding through discussions, activities, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
  • Maintain proper records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and feedback.
  • Prepare training reports and submit them to the concerned team/client after completion of sessions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team and clients for scheduling and smooth execution of training programs.
  • Stay updated with relevant safety standards, regulations, procedures, and industry practices.
  • Represent Shri Arvind Foundation professionally during client visits and training assignments.
  • Travel to different client locations as required for conducting training programs.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• B.Tech in any branch is required.
  • Safety-related qualification/certification will be preferred.
  • Candidates with qualifications in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Occupational Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar areas will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of Hindi and English.
  • Ability to explain technical safety concepts in a simple and practical manner.
  • Confident and professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for training assignments.
  • Prior experience in safety training, industrial safety, or a related field will be an advantage.
