Safety Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Sr. HSE Safety Trainer with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering along with ADIS/PDIS qualification.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering HSE training programs in compliance with statutory regulations, OSHA, ISO 45001, NFPA, IS Standards, and client requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and practical training on Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety, LOTO, Fire Safety, PTW, Rigging & Lifting, Excavation Safety, PPE, and Emergency Response; preparing training calendars and competency assessments; organizing mock drills and emergency exercises; maintaining training records and certification matrices; identifying skill gaps through audits and incident investigations; coaching employees and supervisors on safe work practices; and coordinating with HR, HSE, project teams, and clients to promote a strong safety culture and ensure effective implementation of HSE training programs.
