Location: Mumbai & Chennai

Male Candidates Preferred | Age: 2235 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Science/Engineering)

2–5 Years of Process Training Experience

Retail Background Mandatory

Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language (Read, Write & Speak)

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Strong Soft Skills & Service-Oriented Attitude

Physically Fit & Willing to Travel Extensively

Open to Working Across Different Clusters & Regions

Preferably Based in Mumbai & Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Process Training, Refresher & Skill-Building Programs

• Deliver Field Training as per Client Requirements

• Monitor Quality & Performance During OJT/Nesting

• Prepare & Submit MIS, Training & Field Reports

• Ensure Timely Completion of Required Documentation

• Support Achievement of Client Quality & Performance Goals

A confident, energetic and people-oriented trainer with strong retail knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
