Job Overview

TechBridge is looking for an experienced Safety Officer to oversee site safety and ensure compliance with safety standards across construction and industrial activities, including building works, shed erection, electrification, piping, and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies and procedures at the project site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
• Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices.
• Maintain safety reports and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure safety compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction/industrial projects.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory) OR any Graduate with a PG Safety Certification.
• Knowledge of construction safety norms and electrical/instrumentation safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and site workforce management skills.
