Role & responsibilities

1. Daily Safety Report Preparation.

2. Unsafe Condition and Unsafe Act Report Preparation

3. Conduct Investigation of All Incidents, Near Miss/ Dangerous Occurrences, To Recommend and Implement Appropriate Corrective Measures.

4. Organizing Coordinating and Conducting Safety Educational and Training Programmes for Employees of Different Levels.

5. Ensuring Effectives Safe Work Procedures / Practice in placed and maintained E.G Tag Out / Lockout Systems.

6. Ensure And Conducting Periodic Mock Drill.

7. Ensure Work Permit Safety Permit System.
