Safety Officer

*Induction training (including job specific trainings)- Task specific modules will be provided by factory team.

*Direct Supervision of day-to-day activities with specific focus on PPE Compliance, LOTO adherence, SAFE BEHAVIOURS, adherence to work SOPs, PTW compliance and other Nestle systems.

*Toolbox talks on shift basis, Based on the task at hand.

*To be maintained MHE Pre Inspection checklist

*Maintain the safety training records.

*Knowledge of Preparing Hira & JSA

*Monthly safety KPI preparation & Reporting

*MHE maintenance & vendor follow up.

*Hazards/Near Miss & BBS/BFS reporting.

*Incident investigation & report preparation.

*Two Shift Operation will be there. Weekly Off will be in once in week. (G 8to 4 PM, B 2to10PM)

*Prepare team for Emergency Response Plans (ERP) in line with the requirement of Client

*Look after area Housekeeping & build awareness over 5S activities.

*Developing HSE audit check lists and undertake audit for corrective & preventive actions.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have knowledge of Industrial safety, Logistics industry preferred
