Professional Summary Safety Officer | Shutdown Project
- Experienced Safety Officer with hands-on experience in Thermal Power Plant shutdown, maintenance, overhaul, and turnaround activities. Responsible for implementing HSE procedures and ensuring safe execution of high-risk activities including Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, hot work, lifting and rigging, scaffolding, electrical maintenance, and heavy equipment operations.
- Skilled in conducting JSA/RA, toolbox talks, safety inspections, site audits, contractor safety management, emergency preparedness, incident/near-miss investigation, and corrective action tracking.
- Experienced in coordinating with operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and statutory safety standards.
