RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

• Ensuring daily adherence to safety protocols at the workplace.
• Monitoring and reporting safety compliance and issues.
• Assisting in training sessions and emergency drills.
• Inspecting tools, equipment, and procedures for safety compliance.
• Documenting and addressing minor safety violations.
• Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

• Conducting daily safety inspections on-site.
• Reporting unsafe practices and conditions to the Safety Manager.
• Distributing and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Supporting safety-related training and awareness programs.
• Maintaining safety records and preparing reports for management.
• Assisting in emergency response planning and drills.

MEASUREMENT AND METRICS

• Daily completion of safety inspections.
• Zero unresolved minor safety violations.
• Timely submission of safety reports.
