Safety Officer Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
• Provide training to employees on safety protocols, policies, and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry as a Safety Officer Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TAT (Time And Motion) principles for efficient work execution.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., incident reports, audits) to inform decision-making.
