Safety Officer - Coal Testing

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and implement safety activities at the client plant/site.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Conduct safety training, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and safety awareness programs.
• Conduct safe and technical safety talks with employees and site teams.
• Ensure proper safety induction and awareness for new joiners.
• Conduct and coordinate the RR (Risk Recognition) Program.
• Implement monthly/periodic safety themes and related awareness activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, rules, and client requirements.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams and client representatives on safety-related matters.
• Perform other safety-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.
• Experience in plant/site safety operations is mandatory.
• Good communication, training, and safety monitoring skills.
• Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
