Role & responsibilities

Safety Officer Construction Projects

Experience: 25 Years | Entry to Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance at construction project sites.
• Handle safety documentation Work Permits, Method Statements, JSA, HIRA, OHSAS/ISO documents, etc.
• Conduct TBTs, safety inductions, inspections and safety audits.
• Supervise and guide construction workers on safe work practices.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams on safety matters.
• Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Assist in basic site HR activities, including worker attendance, discipline and coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on construction safety experience.
• Industrial project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and documentation.
• Good communication and worker-handling skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel.
