Safety -Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with industry standards.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
  
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 16-20 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.
  
• Diploma in Safety Officer or equivalent qualification required; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of SMS principles, ILO/IHSE codes, OSHA regulations, HSE best practices.
