Safety Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites, expressways, bridges, metro projects to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system that ensures compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training sessions for employees on industrial safety procedures, emergency response plans, and crisis management protocols.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry with expertise in bridge building/metro/railway infrastructure development.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (ADIS), construction safety (NEBOSH certification preferred) and industrialization processes.
• Proven track record of conducting successful safety audits/inspections on large-scale projects such as highways/expressways/bridges/metros.
