• Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Construction / PMC

Key Responsibilities

• EHS Oversight & PMC Compliance: Oversee and implement environmental, health, and

safety protocols across all site execution activities for the planned plant expansion.

• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk

Assessments (HIRA), and site inspections to proactively identify workplace hazards and

enforce control measures.

• Permit to Work (PTW) System: Enforce and audit the site Permit to Work (PTW) system

for high-risk operations including hot work, height work, heavy lifting, confined spaces,

and electrical installations.

• Incident Management & Investigation: Lead site incident/accident investigations,

perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action

(CAPA) plans.

• EHS Training & Toolbox Talks: Conduct daily safety toolbox talks, site EHS inductions for

workers, and specialized safety training programs for site teams.

• Safety Audits & Reporting: Prepare regular EHS reports, conduct periodic safety audits,

track key safety metrics (EHS KPIs), and report progress directly to project management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Mandatory Certification: ADIS / PDIS (Advanced Diploma / Post Diploma in Industrial

Safety) from a recognized Government Institute (e.g., CLI, RLI, State Technical Board).

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on safety management experience in manufacturing

plant construction, industrial site expansion, or PMC projects.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian Factory Act, EHS laws, IS/OSHAS

standards, structural erection safety, and heavy machinery installation protocols.
