WE ARE HIRING – SAFETY ENGINEER

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Industry: Industrial Projects

Experience: 5–9 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Mandatory: ADIS/PDIS from a State Government-recognized institution

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and compliance of HSE standards across the project site.

• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Monitor construction activities, work permits, and statutory compliance.

• Review JSA, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and PTW systems.

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, training, and awareness programs.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance with project HSE requirements.

• Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices.

• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and response activities.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, accident statistics, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to promote a strong safety culture.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational HSE policies.

Key Requirements

5–9 years of experience in safety management for industrial construction projects.

B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

ADIS/PDIS from a State Government-recognized institution – Mandatory.

Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, power, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction safety, permit systems, hazard identification, and risk management.

Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and safety training.

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at the project site in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
