Safety Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
• Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices at site.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
• Support risk assessments, JSA, and safe work procedures.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

• Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant Safety experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry/project environment.
• Mandatory experience in 132 KV / 220 KV Substation Projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical project safety and site HSE practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at an Ahmedabad project site.
