Safety Assistant

Job Profile Safety Supervisor / Safety Assistant For High Rise building construction.

• Ensure construction site compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and report unsafe conditions.

• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers.

• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident/near-miss documentation.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for site personnel.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, contractors, and the HSE team to implement safety measures.

• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, fire safety, and first-aid readiness.

• Promote a proactive safety culture through corrective and preventive actions across the project site.
