Safety and Security Officer

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and EHS standards.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Lead emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.
Oversee security operations including access control, visitor management, guards, and CCTV monitoring.
Drive employee safety awareness, inductions, and training programs.
Support workplace health, hygiene, and welfare initiatives.
Promote 5S practices and a strong safety culture across the organization. 

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Safety Management, Industrial Safety, or related field.
38 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Factory Safety Regulations, EHS standards, and compliance requirements.
