Role Overview

We are looking for a driven SaaS Sales / Business Development professional to generate leads, build the sales pipeline, conduct product demos, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Founders, Business Heads, Fleet Heads, and Operations Leaders.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable FleetEase.ai solutions.
• Conduct product demos and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Ideal Candidate :-

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/SaaS/Technology Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS, EV, logistics, mobility, fleet-tech, or IoT is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
