S r Executive - Brand Activation& Media

Role:

Assist in coordinating and monitoring Site Branding, OOH, DOOH, Radio, Cinema, Society/Community Activations and BTL campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the vendor teams for the execution updates on site branding
• Coordinate with agencies for execution of creative changes of campaigns
• Assist in OOH/DOOH media campaign tracking
• Coordinate for Radio, Cinema and Society/Community campaign activations
• Prepare campaign trackers, MIS reports
• Maintain execution photographs/execution updates
• Prepare regular PPTs for campaign reports
• Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting timelines
• Monitoring all OOH media approved for each campaign

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS & dashboards.
• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills professional presentations, media plans & management decks.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to monitor multiple projects and tight deadlines.
