Role - S&P Procurement Operations

Location - Bangalore

Shift 3:30pm-1:30am (10 Hours) (WFO From Day One)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee procurement operations across multiple categories, ensuring timely and compliant execution of sourcing activities.
  
• Manage tactical and spot buy requests, including specification development, supplier solicitation, bid analysis, and negotiation.
  
• Ensure completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activities, aligning with client expectations and internal governance.
  
• Drive contractual and realized savings in line with client engagement commercials and procurement transformation goals.
  
• Develop and execute category strategies, including baselining, market intelligence gathering, and stakeholder alignment.
  
• Monitor and deliver on category-specific savings commitments, milestones, and obligations through structured project planning.
  
• Lead e-sourcing initiatives by managing e-RFx events, creating templates, conducting supplier training, and analyzing outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and risk frameworks.
