Must have skills: Supply Chain Planning + Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)

Good To have skills: Exposure to planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP Supply

Experience: 2 - 6 years

• Educational Qualification: MBA / master's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Engineering Degree/BBA/BBM
• Japanese Language JLPT Level N3/N2/N1 or equivalent

Lead and deliver project/multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget

Manage client stakeholders across the board and Accenture project team

CXO level stakeholder management (Client and Accenture)

Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability

Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning

Lead and drive solutioning for new business opportunities

Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 2 - 8 years of relevant post qualification experience
• Consulting or Industry background with specific expertise in Supply Chain Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operation Planning
