Roles and Responsibilities

Preferred Background: MBA or equivalent management qualificationcombined with anengineering or technology foundation.

• Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, translating business objectives into tangible products and measurable outcomes.

• Bridge business and technology teams, ensuring AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions meet strategic goals while fostering user adoption and change management.

• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of innovative, AI-powered business models.

• Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products.

• Develop and present executive-level recommendations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and strategic impact of AI-enabled transformations.

• Demonstrate leadership by motivating multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring successful execution of engagements.

• AI/Gen AI Expertise: Proven experience in defining, managing, or delivering projects with a significant AI or Gen AI component. Ability to advise clients on AI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and build actionable adoption roadmaps.

• BusinessTechnology Bridge: Skilled at translating business needs into AI solutions, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving agile delivery of AI-enabled products.

• Gen AI Knowledge: Strong understanding ofLLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise applications, with familiarity across majorAI platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI) and integration intoenterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

• Responsible AI: Awareness ofAI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks, with experience in guiding clients onresponsible AI adoption.

• Domain Depth (at least one area desirable):

• PRD (CGS, Products) Aftermarket services, customer experience, FSM, SAP platforms, and process mining with Data/AI-enabled transformation.

• Automobile Industrial SDV enablement, connected/EV/autonomous vehicles, mobility solutions (MaaS, diagnostics), compliance safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, UN-R155).

• Platforms (SAP, PTC, NVIDIA) Expertise in SAP PPM/PS/CPM/CPQ/EWM and emerging platforms (PTC, NVIDIA, Honeywell). Application of AI, automation, andprocess mining to optimize enterprise platforms.

• MedTech / Pharma SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms (Salesforce, IQVIA, Veeva),QMS systems(Trackwise, Veeva), GxP compliance, anddigital engineering for RD, QA/QC.

• HPS / Utilities (Smart Cities, Public Sector) Smart metering, iCCC, worker safety,wastesustainability, with expertise in Digital Twins, GIS, IoT and AI use casesfor governance and service delivery.

• AD CMT Product lifecycle design transformation using PLM/ALM (JIRA, ADO, Confluence, PTC, Servigistics), plus SDLC processes, warranty, and tech publications.

• Consulting Acumen: Proven track record indigital transformation,multi-disciplinary team leadership, andexecutive stakeholder engagement in technology-intensive industries.
