    Summary
    We are seeking an experienced

    Data AI Consultant to lead and deliver client-facing projects focused on data strategy, AI adoption, and analytics transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data engineering, analytics, machine learning, stakeholder management, and project delivery. This role requires the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and manage end-to-end project lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


  8. Key Responsibilities


  9. Client Engagement Project Management
  10. Lead end-to-end delivery of Data AI consulting engagements.
  11. Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and executives.
  12. Understand business requirements and convert them into technical roadmaps.
  13. Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  14. Drive workshops, requirements sessions, demos, and client presentations.
  15. Ensure project quality, governance, and successful business outcomes.


  16. Data AI Solutioning
  17. Define data and AI strategy, architecture, and implementation approach.
  18. Conduct data assessments, maturity analysis, and technology recommendations.
  19. Design and develop data pipelines, data models, dashboards, or ML prototypes (as needed).
  20. Support development and deployment of AI/ML models or generative AI applications.
  21. Apply best practices for data governance, security, and responsible AI.


  22. Technical Leadership (Hands-on or Oversight)
  23. Guide technical teams (data engineers, analysts, ML engineers) in solution delivery.
  24. Review architecture, data models, and AI model performance.
  25. Support POCs and MVPs to validate solution feasibility.


  26. Business Consulting Value Delivery
  27. Identify business problems and opportunities to drive data-enabled transformation.
  28. Develop business cases, ROI calculations, and adoption frameworks.
  29. Support change management, enablement, and AI literacy initiatives.



  30. Qualification


  31. Required
    Qualifications
  32. Bachelor''s/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
  33. 35+ years of experience in Consulting / Data AI / Digital Transformation.
  34. Proven experience leading and delivering client projects.


  36. Technical Skills


  37. Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  38. Data platforms:Azure / AWS / GCP
  39. Data engineering tools:Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL tools
  40. BI analytics:Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel
  41. AI/ML:Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow optional), LLM applications
  42. Databases cloud storage:SQL/NoSQL systems
  43. MLOps DevOps (bonus):CI/CD, ML deployment pipelines
  44. Mastery of project delivery frameworks:Agile / Scrum / Kanban

  49. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  50. Client-facing experience and executive communication skills
