Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong domain expertise in the Mining industry. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management processes, preventive and corrective maintenance, and S/4HANA implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EAM/PM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules including:
• Technical Objects
• Equipment & Functional Locations
• Maintenance Notifications
• Maintenance Orders
• Preventive Maintenance
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Work Clearance Management
• Design and implement asset maintenance strategies for mining operations.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
• Support asset lifecycle management, reliability-centered maintenance, and shutdown/turnaround activities.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Workshops, Testing, User Training, and Go-Live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support data migration, master data governance, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM or SAP PM implementations.
• Expertise in:
• Equipment Management
• Functional Locations
• Maintenance Planning
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Maintenance Processing
• Refurbishment Process
• Work Clearance Management
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Experience in Mining, Metals, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering industries.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, QM, PP, PS, and Finance modules.
• Experience in SAP Fiori applications related to EAM/PM.
• Strong client interaction and requirement-gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Mining operations and maintenance processes.
• SAP S/4HANA EAM Certification.
• Exposure to Mobility Solutions, GIS Integration, or IoT-enabled Asset Management.
• Experience in AMS Support and Global Rollout Projects.
