Your role

We are seeking a talented and experienced S/4 HANA BTP (Business Technology Platform) Developer to join our in-house development team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on SAP's Business Technology Platform to support our S/4 HANA ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Develop and maintain integrations between S/4 HANA and other systems using BTP services
• Build Fiori applications and implement UI5 frameworks for enhanced user experiences
• Develop APIs and microservices using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• Implement workflow automation using SAP Build Process Automation
• Work with SAP Integration Suite for system connectivity and data exchange
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance of developed solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments
• Support and troubleshoot existing BTP applications and integrations
• Stay current with SAP BTP innovations and recommend new technologies and best practices
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in SAP development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/API Management)
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• Understanding of S/4 HANA architecture and embedded analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python
• Experience with Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma runtime environments
• Proficiency in ABAP and ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP certification(s)
• Experience with SAP Build Apps/Work Zone
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database and SQL scripting
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of OData services and REST APIs
• Experience with Git version control
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles
