About this role
We are seeking an experienced Rubrik Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise backup, cyber recovery, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The role will drive end-to-end architecture, migrations, automation, and cyber-resilience initiatives using Rubrik technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Rubrik CDM / Rubrik Security Cloud solutions.
- Architect backup, recovery, replication, archival, and cyber-recovery capabilities.
- Define protection policies, SLA Domains, retention, RPO/RTO, and recovery strategies.
- Lead migrations from legacy platforms such as NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, Cohesity, Networker, and Avamar.
- Design solutions for VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, NAS, Azure, and AWS workloads.
- Perform capacity planning, DR testing, ransomware recovery assessments, and solution reviews.
- Develop HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
- Support customer workshops, presales discussions, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
