We are looking for a RTR professional to join our team in Noida.

Location: Noida
Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Experience: 4+ years post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Complete statutory reporting requirements for local legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of annual statutory financial statements.
• Manage end-to-end annual audit processes and collaborate with external auditors on IFRS/IGAAP, statutory laws, and tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT, and other direct and indirect tax obligations for Growth Market countries.
• Partner with Group Tax, Indirect Tax Operations, Financial Controllers, and Group Finance teams to resolve accounting and tax matters.
• Act as a key point of contact for statutory auditors, tax authorities, financial controllers, and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a lean mindset, identifying process gaps and improving reporting efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• CMA (Qualified) / CA Inter / MBA Finance
• 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
• Strong expertise in statutory reporting and compliances.
• Proven experience managing external audits and tax requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• A lean mindset with a focus on simplification and process improvement.
• Open to working in the 12 PM – 9 PM shift.
