RTR Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced RTR professional to manage accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while leading a team and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RTR activities, bank reconciliation, cash, and intercompany accounting.
• Handle fixed assets, project accounting, leases, and revenue accounting.
• Manage AP/AR, accruals, expenses, payroll, and statutory accounting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, VAT, and statutory requirements.
• Lead the team, allocate work, and monitor performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RTR and financial accounting.
• Experience in month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
