RTR Inventory Accounting

Role & responsibilities

• 5+years of Perform direct COGS accounting and ensure accurate monthly reporting.
• Manage inventory valuation, costing, and reconciliation processes.
• Handle standard costing, overhead absorption, and material cost variances, including:
• Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
• Freight Variance
• Manage inventory provisions, reserves, and valuation adjustments.
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle count coordination.
• Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and inventory management.
• Apply IFRS and US GAAP requirements for inventory and COGS accounting.
• Support financial consolidation and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Work extensively with SAP for inventory accounting, costing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
