RTR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) professional with a strong background in financial accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting. The candidate should be a qualified chartered accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience in RTR/general accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities and month-end close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and other account reconciliations.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate closure of books.
• Prepare month-end reporting and financial accounting schedules.
• Review and resolve reconciliation breaks, outstanding items, and accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with accounting policies and standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reconciliation-related issues.
• Support audit requirements and provide relevant schedules/documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Skills: RTR / Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month-End Closing, Month-End Reporting, Journal Entries, Accruals, Depreciation, General Accounting.
• Qualified CA.
• 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in RTR / General Accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
