RTR Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Perform month-end closing procedures, including bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of record-to-report (RTR) reports, such as balance sheet schedules and income statement summaries.
• Provide support to senior team members on complex accounting issues related to SAP implementation.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in general accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP systems, with knowledge of R2R processes preferred.
• Strong understanding of general ledger principles, including journal entries and reconciliations.
