Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks related to RTO (Return To Origin) processes.
  
• Conduct document verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for insurance claims processing.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to customers after successful claim settlement.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports on processed transactions.
