RTCDP/AEP Developer

Job Description

Adobe RTCDP / AEP Developer Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, including end-to-end customer profile unification and audience activation.
• Design and configure XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, and profile ingestion frameworks aligned with enterprise data models.
• Build and manage identity resolution strategies to stitch known and anonymous customer profiles using Adobe Web SDK and Identity Graph capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize customer audiences, segments, and profile attributes to support marketing, acquisition, retention, ABM, and engagement use cases.
• Lead Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation, including data views, journey reporting, attribution modeling, segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CDP audience frameworks and cross-channel analytics solutions.
• Configure and govern consent management, governance labels, data usage policies, and audience activation controls across Adobe Experience Platform.
• Drive Web SDK implementation, tag management, event tracking strategy, data layer design, and schema governance across digital properties.
• Perform audience validation, activation testing, and pre-production QA to ensure data accuracy and campaign readiness.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and enterprise data governance standards through consent frameworks, retention policies, and DSAR processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric data and personalization solutions.
• Support integration of Adobe Experience Cloud products including Adobe Campaign Classic, RTCDP, AEP, and CJA for unified customer experiences.
