We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive the growth of a leading Solar Rooftop Business across the West Zone .

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales, revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop market expansion strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Appoint, develop and manage distributors, dealers, installers and channel partners
  • Expand and strengthen the regional distribution network
  • Build and manage relationships with Solar EPCs, consultants, project developers and influencers
  • Drive project acquisition and customer engagement through strategic partners
  • Lead, mentor and manage regional sales teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and government solar policies
  • Strengthen market share across Residential, Commercial & SME segments

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 10–15 years of overall sales experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Solar Rooftop / Renewable Energy
  • Strong West India market exposure
  • Proven expertise in channel sales, distribution management and dealer development
  • Strong EPC and solar installer network
  • Experience in team handling and regional sales management
  • Good knowledge of residential and commercial solar markets

Preferred Background

Candidates from Solar Rooftop, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Power Solutions, Inverter, Battery or Consumer Electrical industries are preferred.
