About this role
Job Purpose
The Relationship Sales Manager School Loans is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing school loan business by building strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring portfolio growth, asset quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sourcing
- Identify, onboard, and manage schools, educational institutions, and trusts for school loan products
- Drive disbursements through term loans, CAPEX loans, OD/CC, and infrastructure funding for schools
- Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential schools and education groups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school owners, principals, trustees, and management committees
- Act as the single point of contact for institutions throughout the loan lifecycle
- Cross-sell allied products where applicable
- Collect and validate financials, compliance documents, and KYC from schools
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth sanction and disbursement
- Assist credit teams with business understanding and field insights
