Facilitate E2E coordination of critical incidents (Business applications and infrastructure)
Initiating Bridge Calls and coordinating with the resolver groups until the issue is resolved.
Coordination of technical restoration actions and plans for Major Incidents, P1 and P2 incidents in a multi-supplier ecosystem
Liaises with High Priority Incident Manager counterparts and proactively remain cognizant of industry trends to develop and promote best practice.
Flexible to work in rotational shift – 24x7, Work from Office & to be ready to be on-call, whenever required.
Manage 3rd party engagement where required, monitor progress, and escalate as needed.
Facilitate technical decision-making with DXC delivery leads and customer/account personnel for actions including changes and workarounds.
Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and address highly complex issues. Trusted advisor inside and outside team/technology area.
Skill Sets Communicate efficiently at all levels written and oral.
Effective communication and analytical skills required to convey ideas and concepts.
Expertise in SNOW (Service Now)
Exposure to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities within an accelerated timeframe.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with all levels of management and customers both internally and external.
Analytical and logical thinking
Proficient knowledge of ITIL concepts - Incident, Problem and Change
Ability to analyze and adapt to changing situations, processes, and environment
Identify process improvements with the process and operational improvements
Good authoritative communication skills
Good Infra & Application Knowledge will be an added advantage
ITIL V3 / 4 certified
