Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding follow-up.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and build suitable candidate pipelines.
• Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, CTC and notice period.
• Coordinate with hiring managers/clients and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Meet recruitment targets, TAT and quality metrics.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in RPO / IT recruitment / staffing.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
