RPO Operations Lead

Remoat Teams delivers recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for a growing list of clients, with technology and AI leading how the work gets done. The RPO Operations Lead is the tech-led or AI-led operator who runs delivery across those accounts and owns how client requirements are gathered, delivered and kept on track. This is not a role for someone who manages recruiters or follows a playbook another person wrote. You build the playbook, decide where AI does the work and where a person must check it, and hold the line when a ramp gets hard. Client requirements are rarely clean, the tools are still changing, and the results are yours to answer for. If you have run tech-led or AI-led recruiting operations for more than one client, apply.

What the role owns

• Client requirements: getting them from the client in full, writing them into one clear brief the client confirms, and handing them to delivery so nothing is lost on the way.
• Delivery to the client: the right people and tools in place behind each ramp, and clear updates to the client, on the dates promised.
• The playbook: built properly, not just run. Intake, briefs, handoff to delivery, client updates, and what to do when something goes wrong, written so any ramp can run from it.
• The client relationship: being the person clients trust, and the one who tells them early when something will slip.
• Gaps in people or tech: named, with an owner and a date, and escalated when they stay open.

Not owned by this role: product direction and trade-offs, pricing and contract terms, or hands-on training of hired people.

Requirements

• 5+ years in tech-led, AI-led recruiting operations
• Direct dealings with clients on requirements, and a process or playbook built or rebuilt, not only run
• More than one client handled at the same time, including a ramp with a hard start date
• Comfort with ATS data, funnel numbers and AI-assisted recruiting tools
• Clear, calm and specific written English
• Based in APAC, able to work across time zones with clients and a remote team

Within 30 days: active clients requirements confirmed by the clients in writing, the first version of the playbook in use on live work, and delivery working from it. Real delivery to clients happens inside the first 30 days, not after a period of learning.

Success: the clients requirements are delivered on time, at good quality, with a good relationship with each client.
