They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the receivables/collections business of the bank | |||||

| The Portfolio Head handles PAN INDIA collection across buckets along with various collection channels. Portfolio Head ensures resolution across buckets and manages the portfolio as per the existing process. Liaise with product team to provide regular inputs and highlights the risk. To oversee the Credit Card collections by monitoring and guiding the collections team/outsource vendors. | |||||
