About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPG programs on AS400 and Synon platform using CL programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RPG program execution, data processing, and system performance optimization.
- Develop documentation for developed code snippets and provide training to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in developing RPG programs on AS400 and Synon platform using CL programming language.
- Strong understanding of AS400 architecture, including database management systems (DB2) integration.
- Proficiency in designing complex SQL queries for querying large datasets.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
