RPA Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism or UiPath.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes for automation and implement efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues related to RPA bots and provide technical support to end-users.
• Develop documentation on automated processes and best practices for future reference.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in RPA (Blue Prism or UiPath).
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript etc. .
• Experience working with SQL databases and ability to write complex queries.
