RPA Process Developer - Blue Prism (AD01 Certified)must

Role & responsibilities

• Automation Build: Configure end-to-end Blue Prism processes and reusable objects utilizing Process Studio and Object Studio according to standard core design principles.
• Pipeline Management: Manage robot workloads, session setups, and transaction logic via Blue Prism Work Queues and Control Room parameters.
• Technical Documentation: Author, maintain, and review critical lifecycle artifacts including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Testing & Optimization: Create precise pre-UAT testing procedures, execute performance tuning, and support operations teams during live UAT rollouts.
• Change Engineering: Investigate operational discrepancies, handle production exceptions, and deploy software changes through structured release control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Threshold: Minimum 2+ years of continuous hands-on development experience strictly inside the enterprise Blue Prism environment.
• Mandatory Certification: Active Blue Prism Certified Developer (AD01) credential is highly preferred.
• Tooling Fluency: Strong background with multi-bot architecture, internal VBO tracking, and exception handling logic.
• Methodologies: Practical familiarity working within structured Software Development Lifecycles (Agile or Waterfall).
• Soft Skills: Excellent logical problem-solving abilities paired with clean written documentation and client communication structures.
