Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and integrate them with enterprise applications.
• Work on Agentic Automation / AI-driven automation initiatives to build intelligent and autonomous business processes.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the RPA automation platform, frameworks, reusable components, and standards.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop reusable workflows, components, and automation frameworks following best practices.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Follow development standards, security guidelines, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the organization's RPA and intelligent automation capabilities.
