RPA Developer with IXP + Uipath

We are looking for a UiPath IXP Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath Intelligent Xtraction and Processing (IXP) and UiPath RPA technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent document and communication processing solutions, integrating IXP with RPA workflows, and delivering scalable automation solutions for enterprise business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. UiPath IXP & Intelligent Document Processing

• Develop and configure solutions using UiPath IXP, including Generative Extraction, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
• Design extraction schemas, classification rules, validation logic, and exception-handling workflows.
• Process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and business correspondence.
• Optimize extraction accuracy, data quality, and processing efficiency.

2. UiPath RPA Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Develop attended and unattended automations using REFramework.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, assets, triggers, and job monitoring.
• Integrate IXP outputs into end-to-end RPA workflows and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

3. Integration & Technical Development

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and enterprise application connectors.
• Integrate automation solutions with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business systems.
• Implement logging, retry mechanisms, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Use Python or scripting where required for data processing and integration.

4. Testing & Support

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Monitor extraction quality, automation performance, and processing exceptions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development and security standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and automation teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Experience Required

• Overall experience: 36 years in RPA and intelligent automation.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath IXP is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
• Experience integrating document extraction capabilities with RPA workflows.

Technical Skills

• Must-have: UiPath IXP, UiPath Studio, RPA development, Document Understanding, API integration, and exception handling.
• Preferred: Generative Extraction, Communications Mining, REFramework, Orchestrator, SQL, Python, JSON, XML, and enterprise application integrations.
• Good to have: Generative AI, prompt engineering, Azure AI services, AI Center, and Power Platform.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications

• UiPath Automation Developer certification.
• UiPath Document Understanding or IXP-related training/certification.
• Relevant RPA or Intelligent Document Processing certifications.
