Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst in RPA/Intelligent Automation projects
• Client-facing experience with Process Discovery Workshops and stakeholder management
• Strong experience in creating PDD (Process Definition Document), BRD, PRD, SDD
• Ability to identify and document automation opportunities, process flows, business requirements, exceptions, and test scenarios
• Experience conducting As-Is and To-Be process analysis
• Knowledge of UAT, Test Planning, Requirement Gathering, and Process Mapping
• Ability to perform FTE savings/ROI/Business Case creation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project methodologies such as:
• Agile
• Waterfall
• JIRA
• Lean
• Six Sigma
• Kaizen
• Kanban
• Experience in creating:
• User Stories
• Process Flow Maps
• Functional Requirements
• Exception Handling Scenarios
• Stakeholder management and risk/dependency identification
• Willingness to learn and strong attitude
