RPA Blueprism Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Blue Prism applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors (RCA) and implement solutions.
• Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in application support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism platform including scripting languages such as JavaScript or Java.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques using tools like debuggers or logging mechanisms.
