We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer who can analyze business processes, design automation solutions, build Blue Prism bots, and support end-to-end automation delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Blue Prism development, troubleshooting, and deployment, along with good understanding of RPA best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Blue Prism processes and objects.
- Work with business teams to gather and analyze automation requirements.
- Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Configure new automated processes and objects using core Blue Prism capabilities.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure quality delivery.
- Monitor and support existing Blue Prism bots and handle incident resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization.
- Follow RPA governance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Integrate Blue Prism with applications like ERP, CRM, Web, Desktop, and Databases.
Required Skills
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism development.
- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and automation lifecycle.
- Experience in developing reusable Blue Prism components and exception handling.
- Knowledge of Object Studio, Process Studio, Work Queues, Schedulers.
- Good experience in debugging, code review, and bot optimization.
- Basic skills in SQL queries and working with APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good to have Blue Prism Developer Certification.
- Experience in other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Python or .NET for automation integration.
- Familiarity with Control Room operations.
