Job Description: RPA & Automation DevOps – Technical Manager (Exp: 10 - 15 Years) We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RPA & Automation DevOps as a Manager experienced Robotic Process Automation and DevOps Team Leader to lead the RPA & AI automation team within a Technology Global Capability Center. The role is accountable for stable automation operations, new bot delivery, DevOps practices, release governance, production support, and continuous improvement of automation platforms. The candidate will lead developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts, work closely with Finance, Procurement, ITGC/SOX, Application, Infrastructure and Business teams, and ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, compliant and maintainable.

The ideal candidate must bring strong hands-on and leadership experience across:

• RPA delivery and support across enterprise processes
• Python scripting, REST APIs, SQL, JSON and XPath
• Git-based source control, branching, pull requests and code reviews
• DevOps practices including CI/CD, build, deployment, release and rollback governance
• Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions or similar pipeline tools
• Environment management, configuration management, monitoring and incident resolution
• SOX / ITGC control adherence, audit evidence and change traceability
• Experience should have 10 - 15 Years of RPA & Automation DevOps as a Manager of which 6+ years in RPA / automation delivery and support, 3+ years in team leadership, and strong exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, release governance and production operations.
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to RPA, automation engineering, application support or platform delivery.
• Strong experience leading RPA / AI automation teams in enterprise or GCC environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python scripting, REST APIs, XML/XPath, SQL, RDBMS, JSON and data validation logic.
• Strong Git repository knowledge including branching strategy, pull requests, merge conflict handling, code review and release tagging.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices for automation delivery including CI/CD, build validation, deployment orchestration and release rollback.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar pipeline tools.
• Ability to manage development, test, UAT and production environments, including configuration, credentials, schedules and job monitoring.
• Experience in automation solution design, technical specification review, reusable component design and coding standards governance.
• Knowledge of incidents, problems, change and release management processes in production automation environments.
• Ability to analyze and map business processes, identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in writing and governing unit, integration, regression and UAT test cases; ability to support defect triage and business sign-off.
• Understanding of SOX, ITGC, audit evidence, access control, change traceability and segregation of duties requirements.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders, developers, DevOps, infrastructure, security and audit teams.
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, dependencies and service-level expectations across multiple automation initiatives.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, browser automation and API-based automation frameworks.
• Windows and Linux environment knowledge, including service accounts, scheduled tasks, logs and basic server administration.
• Exposure to Docker, containerization concepts, Kubernetes basics or infrastructure-as-code is an advantage.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, alerting, log analysis and production support dashboards.
• Exposure to security practices such as secrets management, credential vaulting, secure coding and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence, SharePoint and release governance tools.
• Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, SAP, Shared Services or enterprise operations processes is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the operational stability of RPA bots, automation scripts, and production workflows, ensuring timely incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Lead and mentor RPA developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Govern DevOps and CI/CD processes, including code versioning, deployments, release management, and environment readiness.
• Review automation solutions for scalability, security, performance, coding standards, and documentation quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, audit requirements, change management, and deployment governance.
• Oversee unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing, ensuring deployment readiness and business sign-offs.
• Drive technical enablement by promoting best practices, reusable components, secure coding, and continuous learning.
• Manage multiple incidents, enhancements, releases, and automation projects while providing stakeholder communication, risk management, and status reporting.
