Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect with strong expertise in UiPath automation, solution architecture, and enterprise-level implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation solutions, defining RPA architecture and governance standards, leading technical teams, and driving automation initiatives across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Lead end-to-end automation architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robotic Enterprise Framework (RE Framework).
• Define RPA architecture standards, reusable components, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Lead enterprise automation programs and mentor developers, technical leads, and solution architects.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and other business applications.
• Explore and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI/ML, OCR, Document Understanding, and UiPath Maestro.
• Support automation DevOps practices using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technology roadmaps.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 7+ years in RPA architecture, design, or leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with the UiPath platform and enterprise automation implementations.
• Expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and RE Framework.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale RPA solutions.
• Experience in technical leadership, team management, and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of RPA governance, automation standards, scalability, and security.
• UiPath Solution Architect certification or relevant UiPath Certified Professional certification. Candidates must hold the required certification or obtain it within six months, as specified by the client.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Maestro, AI Fabric, OCR, and Document Understanding.
• Machine learning, NLP, and intelligent document processing.
• Integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Domain experience in Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, or other process-intensive industries.
